Zombie Bob's Food Truck

ZOMBIE BOB THE FIRST CHARACTER IN OUR FOOD TRUCK COMIC
Here's a little blurb about his personality and traits and even what he likes and doesn't like about being among the living...
Personality: Well UMmMmm I think'z im am very funny and umm Pretty nice
 Passion: Cooking....
Party trick: detach my arm and use it to pick drinks up from far away.
Things you like about your truck: ITS BADASS LEATHER DRIVING SEAT THAT I GOT GIVEN FROM the library for some reason they wanted me to take what ever I wanted.  That was what I wanted- it is awesome
Things you dont like about living people: The fact that EVERY ONE thinks im going to eat their brains - they think my pink buns I make are covered with brain icing.... so stereotypical!
I noticed you have a thick metal disk around your neck wha'ts that for? Umm..Err this is a bit embarrassing I thought you wouldn't notice Hehe... its to keep my head inplace so it doesn't fall in the deep FRYER OKAY!?

Zombie Bob's Pulled Pork Buns
You need:
a big pork shoulder roast with a bone (that makes your dog happy)
a roasting pan
brine
dry spice rub
a bowl
buns
coleslaw

Brine
4 cups of water
1/4 apple cider vinegar (or apple juice)
1/4 cup of salt
2 tblsp of the dry spice rub
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 bay leaves

Dry Spice Rub
1 tablespoon of each of these: cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika and 1/2 cup of brown sugar

How you do it
You mix up the brine and pour it into the bag with the pork. Leave it over night in the fridge.
Then put the pork in a roasting pan and get the spice rub.
This is a WEIRD part- rub the spices into the meat- like really MASSAGE it and get it in all the little spaces.
Plan to do something with your day because you have to cook it at 107 degrees Celcius for 6 or 7 hours. It makes the whole house smell like a food truck. Turn the oven off and let it cool for 2 hours.
When it's cooked it looks like this. Pull off any of the crispy fat.
Now for the pull apart part. Use 2 forks and pull all the meat off the bone and save the juice. Pour the juice over top of the meat. Give the bone to your dog.
Zombie Bob likes to add some veggies (his mum says this is important) so put some coleslaw on the bun and have some celery and carrot sticks.
Eat it quick before Zombie Bob's friends remember they really wanted human brains!
